When do I get charged?
Your first payment happens when you sign up, then it renews monthly on the same date. We use Stripe for secure processing.
What exactly is a “feature”?
Think of features as building blocks of your product: a contact form is a small one, letting users sign in is a medium one, a full dashboard is a large one. On our first call we map your idea into these blocks, so you know exactly what you're getting each month.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. After your minimum commitment period (2–3 months depending on your plan), you can pause for up to 6 months with no penalties.
What happens to my code if I cancel?
You own 100% of the code from day one. If you cancel, we hand over everything — code, accounts, and documentation — so another team can pick it up easily.
What if I need more than my plan includes?
You can add an extra sprint for 2–3 additional features in the same month, or upgrade to a bigger plan at any time. We'll quote either on a quick call.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — paying annually comes with a discount. Ask us about it on your call.
